Who we are
These terms are between you and Hotline Labs Ltd (Company No. 11873778), based in Tonypandy, Wales, trading as TrustlyEd.
The service
TrustlyEd provides self-serve access to official public data about schools and academy trusts in England, including GIAS records, Ofsted inspection outcomes, DfE financial benchmarking and Find a Tender contract award notices. It is presented as sales intelligence for organisations that sell into the education sector.
The Core plan (£39.99/month)
The Core plan costs £39.99 per month, billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period and no further payments are taken. Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Trial (14 days, no card)
New customers can try the Core plan free for 14 days. No payment card is required to start. At the end of the trial your access ends unless you subscribe. We do not convert trials into paid plans automatically.
Acceptable use
You may use TrustlyEd for your own organisation's sales and research. You must not resell or republish the service, scrape it at scale, or exceed the stated export limits (the Core plan includes a daily CSV export of up to 1,000 rows).
Data sources and OGL
TrustlyEd is built on official public registers including GIAS, Ofsted, DfE financial benchmarking and Find a Tender. Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
Liability
We work hard to keep the data accurate and current, but official sources change and we cannot guarantee completeness. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
