What you actually get
One subscription covers the whole database: around 24,000 open schools in England and around 2,030 academy trusts with at least one open member school. For each school that means the GIAS record (URN, type, phase, local authority, pupils on roll, academy trust, the head teacher name as published and the generic school contact), every Ofsted inspection published since September 2018 including old-framework grades and the six-area report cards that replaced them, and DfE financial benchmarking where the school has filed a return. For each trust it means the member-school list, combined pupil numbers, the Companies House number and contract award notices from Find a Tender.
Export limits, stated plainly
On Core you can export up to 1,000 rows of CSV per day. During the 14-day trial the limit is 100 rows in total, not per day. We would rather you read that here than discover it at row 101. Limits are counted in rows rather than in exports, so a single 1,000-row download uses the whole daily allowance.
What it costs
£39.99 per month, billed monthly in advance, including any applicable taxes. No setup fee, no minimum term, no per-seat pricing on the Core plan. Cancel whenever you like and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
The trial
14 days, no payment card, no sales call. Access is the full Core database apart from the export limit above. At the end of the trial access simply stops unless you subscribe. We do not roll trials into paid plans automatically.
What this is not
It is not a contact-list vendor. We do not sell head-teacher personal email addresses and we do not scrape teacher inboxes; contacts are role-based and come from official public registers. It is not a CRM, and there is no native CRM integration yet, so exports are CSV that you import yourself. It cannot tell you which suppliers a school already buys from, because DfE Financial Benchmarking publishes spend by category and never names suppliers. Where the public data cannot answer a question, neither can we, and we would rather say so.
Why it is cheaper than the alternative
The underlying data is free and public. What you are paying for is the join across four government services, the inspection history, the freshness tracking and not having to rebuild any of it each quarter. If you only ever need one list of one local authority, the government services are free and we would rather you used them.

- Where does the data come from?
- Official public registers: GIAS (England), Ofsted, DfE Financial Benchmarking, and Find a Tender contract award notices. We do not scrape teacher inboxes or buy contact lists.
- How fresh is it?
- GIAS updates daily. Ofsted structured data updates monthly from Ofsted's published CSV. Financial benchmarking updates when DfE publishes. We show the source date on profiles. We do not pretend Ofsted is daily.
- Is this GDPR compliant?
- We use role-based business contacts from official public registers, plus generic school emails. Head-teacher personal and work emails are withheld by the DfE as personal data; we do not claim to have them.
- Do I need a card for the trial?
- No. 14 days, no card, no sales call. Cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing.
- Can I export to my CRM?
- You can export up to 1,000 rows per day as CSV and import it yourself. There is no native CRM integration in v1.
- What happened to Ofsted grades?
- From 10 November 2025, new inspections use a six-area report card on a five-point scale, plus safeguarding. Most schools still show an old-framework grade until they are reinspected. We show whichever is live, and both when a new card exists.
